Services

From the start and right through to the Judge's signature on the "Entry to Judgment" I provide an affordable, easy, accurate, and quick way to start and finalize your divorce. I deliver a service beyond the preparation of forms and everything you will need to complete an uncontested divorce including: Settlement Agreement, Notary, Service of Process, all Filings with the Court, Copies, and a Certified Copy of your Judgment upon entry. Under your direction:

• I become your Personal Assistant
• Complete ALL your Family Law forms/documents
• Create your Settlement Agreement using Nolo DealMaker Pro software
• File all your required documents with the Clerk at the Family Law office in your county
• Serve Process
• Confirm that all required forms are signed, dated, and if necessary, notarized and filed
• Follow your documents through the process
• Provide and inform you of all updates from the Court
• Manage each and every detail of your documents
• Notify you when the Court requires information, updates, etc.
• Keep a dated reecord of each step completed
• Provide to you copies of all your documents as required by law
• Follow through from the "Petition/Response" until the "Entry of Judgment" is signed and submitted
• If essential and requested to support your needs, I can provide to you an accredited list of Family Law attorneys and excellent family therapists and/or psychologist for your individual needs

Once your Family Law Forms have been filed and assigned a case number I follow up each and every business day. You will receive a correspondence from me via email or phone informing you of each posting from the Court. All your calls will be received by and returned from me**. You can expect my respect, attention, courtesy, responsibility, confidentiality, and dedication.

What I Can't Do

• Legally suggest, advise, or direct you in answering any of the documents, forms or procedures
• Personally provide you with emotional counsel
• Assist any separation or dissolve that is other than uncontested

Understanding the Process

The Court views a marriage as a community and is on your side when you and your spouse are in agreement. Unnecessary legal fees can be eliminated as long as you and your spouse or partner agrees to call all the shots. An amicable divorce or separation streamlines the document preparation and filing process. Working in the best interest of the "Community" means working within the California Family Law and gives you and your spouse or partner a lot of power.

I do not provide legal advice regarding your case. I provide a general explanation of the law regarding specific issues and provide the written and published state and county laws and local rules regarding those issues. I do not provide any of the law regarding all issue. I am not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. My support is available to provide as much help as you need from start to finish. If you need actual legal advice, I strongly suggest contacting an attorney in Family Law. Beyond legal advice, I actively assist you in navigating the Family Law forms and the filing procedure.

Your County Court filing fees, Service of Process, Notary services (if required), copies, mailings, filings, and my cost for all the above listed services are included in one fee.
